Acceptable use

People Intel is for legitimate sales, talent, and research work. Don't use it for harassment, doxxing, stalking, mass cold-outreach in violation of CAN-SPAM/GDPR, or any rebranding of our judgment as your own dataset.

Billing

There is no subscription for this product. Usage is billed in Ounie credits from your shared Ounie wallet — 20 credits per profile read (each additional judgment kind +5), reserved when a run starts and settled when it finishes. Credits are purchased and managed on ounie.com; Stripe handles those payments there and we never see your card number.

Liability

People Intel renders judgment with a model. Use it as a screening signal, not as the sole basis for hiring or firing anyone. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate Acceptable Use after one written warning. You may delete your account at any time; data is purged within 30 days of deletion.
